Important Update: 1095 Forms and the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (H.R.3797)
Due to recent changes introduced by the H.R.3797, our organization will no longer be automatically issuing Form 1095 to employees. This change is part of a broader effort to reduce administrative burdens and streamline compliance processes for businesses.
What Does This Mean for You?
If you need a copy of your Form 1095 for tax filing or personal records, you can easily request one by contacting us directly. If you do not need a form, nothing is required.
How to Request Your Form 1095:
  • Email: amendoza@midcoastfamily.org
  • Phone: 361-575-7842
Key Information:
  • Deadline for Form Requests: Forms 1095-B or 1095-C for the 2024 tax year will be available to individuals on request starting March 3, 2025.
  • State Reporting Requirements: This federal relief does not affect reporting and disclosure requirements in certain states. California, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Washington, D.C., maintain their own mandates, and additional guidance is pending.
We’re committed to ensuring that you have the information you need in a timely manner. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to HR with any questions or to request your form.
